The latest floor plan design is complete and you can view them below.  These plans come from Pam Hutter of Hutter Architects located in the West Loop.  These are the actual plans for the first home “The Chicagoan” a 3 Bed, 2.1 Bath 2 story home with walkout roof access.  It also comes with a full unfinished basement.  We are in the process of finalizing everything and getting ready to pull permits.  We will be posting the progress of this home just about daily once the construction process starts, so check back often!
